If you are using a physical Yealink phone, and do not want others to see or join your upcoming meetings from the device, you will want to configure the phone lock.

1. First, tap the profile icon in the top right corner.

2. Select Settings.

3. Select Device Settings.

4. Select Phone Lock.

5. Enable Lock.

6. Type in a PIN.

7. Change the Idle time-out to something like 1 minute.

8. You are all done. Congratulations! Remember when the idle time-out occurs, you will be prompted to enter the PIN.
