1. The registration code will expire if you wait too long to press Continue. You will need to start the registration process over and request a new code.
2. You may see the error “Couldn’t connect to Workplace Join. Try again, or contact your admin.” if you are registered on more than 15 devices. Contact the help center to remove the extra devices. Then start the registration process over.
3. If you are having issues, unplug and then reconnect the network cable to power cycle the phone. Make sure that you connect the ethernet cable to the correct port on the phone.
