1. To transfer a call, select the ellipsis in the menu bar and then choose Transfer from the dropdown. This is also where you’ll find the option to put a caller on Hold.

2. After you select Transfer from the list, you should see the Transfer the call window appear.

3. Enter the name of the person that you want to forward the call to.

4. Then select which number of theirs that you want to forward the call to. You can also send the call straight to their voicemail. Click Transfer to complete the process.
