How do I report an issue in Financial Edge or Endowment Manager?

If you encounter a problem with Financial Edge (FE) or Endowment Manager (EM), please submit a Help Center request with the following information:

  1. Describe the issue or error message and any steps to reproduce the issue. Attaching screenshots and import files is particularly useful.
  2. Please provide any links to documentation or troubleshooting steps that you have tried thus far. 
  3. What alternatives have you tried to complete your end-goal?

Please also answer the following yes-or-no questions:

  • Does the issue occur for one or more particular users, or all? (Please note which users if specific.)
  • Does the issue occur for all workstations (computers), or all? (Please note which workstations (computers) if specific.)
  • Is the issue specific to particular records or does it occur for all records? (Please note which records if specific.)
  • Have any changes been made to the system around the time the issue occurred (e.g., updates to your computer or the application)?
