- Describe the issue or error message and any steps to reproduce the issue. Attaching screenshots and import files is particularly useful.
- Please provide any links to documentation or troubleshooting steps that you have tried thus far.
- What alternatives have you tried to complete your end-goal?
Please also answer the following yes-or-no questions:
- Does the issue occur for one or more particular users, or all? (Please note which users if specific.)
- Does the issue occur for all workstations (computers), or all? (Please note which workstations (computers) if specific.)
- Is the issue specific to particular records or does it occur for all records? (Please note which records if specific.)
- Have any changes been made to the system around the time the issue occurred (e.g., updates to your computer or the application)?
