Logging in to the Help Center will enable you to check on the status of your requests, use the "Submit a Request" form and chat channel, and see the complete Knowledge Base.
To log in to the Help Center, click Sign in in the upper-right corner of the page.
If you're on VPN or connected to a staff network, you'll be automatically logged in. Otherwise, if you're working remotely or on another network, you'll be prompted to log in.
Your login information is identical to your standard WFAA credentials (i.e., what you'd use to log in to your laptop.)
