How to Add Outlook Account - iOS App

  1. Open the Outlook app, or follow the steps below to download.
  2. Navigate to the App Store on your iPhone. Search for Outlook.
  3. When you find the Outlook app with the blue icon, made by Microsoft, select Download.
  4. Once the download has completed, hit Open, then follow instructions below to add your account.
  5. If it's your first time adding an Outlook account to your WFAA iOS device, enter your email address, then tap Add Account.
  6. If you have already added an account to your Outlook mobile application, and wish to add another, open the app > click your name icon in the upper left > settings gear > Add Mail Account > select the appropriate type of account.

  7. Enter your email account password and tap Sign In.

  8. If this is the first time you've set up your iOS device, you'll receive the following message:
    1. Your device is temporarily blocked from synchronizing using Exchange ActiveSync until your administrator grants it access.
    2. Our IT department has also received this notification and will approve your device within one business day. Please contact us if you do not begin receiving your mail after that time.
