Adding Box as Optional Storage for Mobile M365 Apps

Follow

With Box Drive being the primary data storage space for WFAA, it is only logical that the organization would want that option present for users when utilizing the Office Suite of tools on their iPhones and iPads. The following step-by-step guide is intended to walk through the process of adding Box to each M365 app individually so that documents from Box can be opened, created anew, and saved to storage locations within Box Drive.

Instructions

The following steps will need to be repeated for each Microsoft application that Box is intended to be an optional storage location on.

Adding Box Drive

  1. Open up the Microsoft app where Box Drive is intended to be added as a storage option

    1. Within the bottom ribbon, select the folder icon labeled Browse
