Scheduling an email to send automatically at a later date in Outlook Mobile (iOS)

1). After you have finished typing your email, tap the scheduled send icon (circled below)

 

 

2). The “Schedule Send” menu will appear (shown below). Tap “Choose a Time” (circled in red)

 

 


 

 

3). The “Choose a Time” menu will appear (shown below). Swipe down on each column until the desired date, hour, minute, and time of day are selected.

4). Once the desired Date and Time are set, tap “Send”.

 


 

FAQ

 

What if I need to change the date that the email is going to send or modify the email?

 

After you have scheduled the email to send, it is placed in the Drafts folder. It will show a ribbon with the “Scheduled” status and the date/time it will be sent (shown below).

 

You can tap on the email and an option to Edit will pop up from the bottom of the screen (Shown below)

Tap “Edit” and you will be able to modify the contents of the email and reschedule the email following steps 1-4 again.
