This article is for information around FAST (NetSuite ERP) password management.  This article applies to employee accounts with a non-SSO FAST Role.  Special considerations are needed for accounts with PCI enforced roles.

Policy

WFAA Password Policy applies to FAST (NetSuite ERP) employee, vendor, and non-user accounts.

• WFAA Password Policy
• If you have a FAST Role that has access to PCI data, you are required to adhere to stricter requirements enforced by NetSuite
  • NetSuite PCI Password Requirements
    • NetSuite password must be changed every 90 days
    • Does not apply to SSO roles
